EnviroSign consists of a rigid Aluminium Composite Panel (ACM) which has been direct-printed on our flatbed printer with full colour, UV-cured ink. The panel is then coated with a clear, heat-cured, two-pack, urethane finish which is high gloss and super tough.
Our UV inks are environmentally friendly and Greenguard Gold certified. EnviroSign can be folded, fabricated and contour cut on our CNC router.

Less Media and No PVC
We Print directly onto the ACM, thus eliminating the use of PVC films and reducing extra layers of signage media.
Envirosign completely eliminates the need for PVC, a plastic that is particularly environmentally unfriendly, both during manufacturing and disposal.
Aluminium and polyethylene substrates are completely recyclable.

Wipe Away Graffiti Damage
The high gloss, baked-on, protective, clear coat applied to every sign is very hard, resistant to chemicals, and unable to be delaminated.
As a result, graffiti caused by marker pens and spray paint cans can be removed using a proprietary graffiti remover, without any damage to the sign.
