For TotalEnergies NZ, Signbiz wrapped 61 vehicles across the country: SUVs, utes, trucks, vans, forklifts, and trailers. We worked through each branch liaison to schedule vehicle access, kept disruption to a minimum, and where vehicles carried existing brand elements worth retaining, we kept those while replacing all outdated Total Oil branding.

Based on our experience with projects like the TotalEnergies NZ rebrand, a strong Request For Proposal should ask suppliers to provide a site audit across all locations, the signage types proposed with alternative options and pricing, visual mockups of proposed work, a budget breakdown per site and per application type, a full project timeline from award through to completion, and named primary contacts with an account manager for ongoing branch communication.

Phase 1 covered external signage across 9 branches and the wrapping of 61 vehicles. It was completed within two weeks. The full project ran across three phases over approximately 12 months, including the Christchurch branch rebrand following their relocation in 2023. Please note that this was planned according to their schedule and the timeline that they set out.

For most national rebrands, Signbiz plans the work in phases: externally visible signage first to meet any launch deadline, then internal signage, then any remaining locations. Clear timelines, a named account manager per branch, and a team that communicates nationally keep things on track.
